WOW! THIS IS INCREDIBLE!
Well I wanted to do something different today and WOW did I ever! I wanted to make Pavlova but I wanted something a little more decadent than fruit.
I wanted chocolate and when women want chocolate, women get chocolate! I have to give a shout out to Naomi Robinson of Bakers Royale . I changed up a few things but this is the best dessert EVER!
I made a tray of brownies before starting this Pavlova today. It was so easy because I still had lots of my Brownie Master Mix in the freezer.
Brownie & Snicker Pavlova
Place the egg whites in mixer and whip until soft peaks hold. Add both sugars, vanilla and vinegar and increase speed and whip until the meringue holds stiff peaks
Spread meringue into 2 eight inch circles, making sure to create a small well in the centre. Bake meringue for 60 minutes in a preheated over at 275 F
Turn off oven and leave door ajar and let meringue cool completely in the oven.
Place first layer of meringue of serving platter and spread whipped cream on top. Sprinkle chopped Snickers and Brownies on top. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce. Repeat with remaining meringue layers. Serve within a few hours.
