Homemade Bailey’s Irish Creme Recipe
This is a family favourite. It tastes the same as the Brand name stuff and it is so much cheaper to make it than to purchase it at the store.
1 (300 ml) can Eagle Brand milk
1 (500 g) carton Coffee Rich (frozen)
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
3 eggs, raw
10 oz rye whiskey ( 1 1/3 to 2 cups)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch nutmeg (optional)
Blend eggs and rye together in blender for about 7 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
