Chicken Parmesan Lasagna Recipe
This recipe tastes so good you won’t want to make the original with beef again. Loaded with cheese, vegetables and the creamiest sauce, will make your mouth water just lookin at it.
1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup onion, chopped
1 pkg Knorr Hollandaise sauce, prepare as per package
9 to 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz can asparagus tips (not fresh or frozen)
1/2 tsp diced fresh basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté mushrooms and onions until soft. Spread a small amount of Hollandaise sauce on bottom of 9×13 inch pan. Place a layer of noodles on top, cover with 1/2 the chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with 1/2 the mushroom / onion mixture, then 1/3 Hollandaise sauce and sprinkle with 1/2 basil and oregano. Top this with 1/2 the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Layer 1/2 asparagus over cheese. Repeat layers; top with layer of noodle and spread remaining Hollandaise sauce on top. Bake at 350º F for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
