I know so many people that don’t like broccoli, won’t eat it cooked or at all for that matter. When I make Broccoli Salad, they’re the first ones with a plate and even come back for seconds.
BEST BROCCOLI SALAD
5 cups of broccoli florets
1/2 cup of chopped red onion
8 ounces of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
5 pieces of bacon (cooked and diced)
Mix 1 cup of Miracle Whip, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half, and salt and freshly ground black pepper. Combine these ingredients, and toss them into the broccoli mixture.
Chill covered in fridge for about 2 hrs,
You can add sunflower seeds, sweet peppers, raisins, anything you want.
It really is that simple!
